Glennis Hensley

I am from a family of thirteen children of whom most were married by the time I was born. I always loved music and poetry. I learned to play our old upright piano before I could even reach the pedals with my feet. I loved to write poems, and my mother always encouraged me to have them published. Last year one of my poems was published by The International Library of Poetry. I have written many gospel songs, but so far I have not had any of them published. I make tapes for family and friends. If I can be a blessing in a small way, that makes me happy.
